Travelodge Highbridge Burnham-on-Sea

The room was clean and tidy, the only things that let it down was very limited hanging space for clothes, not a great issue for a single overnight stay but would have been annoying for longer stays. The power sockets were all dead but a quick word with the reception desk and it was quickly sorted. Enjoyed our short stay and would use again.

I've stayed here a few times when visiting family The rooms are very clean ,beds comfortable nice bar and food and room very reasonably priced always stay at least 2 days The staff are very friendly,helpful I was glad to see patience is still working here a very kind lady who was very helpful and thoughtful when I was very anxious last stay A true asset to the company Thank you

Stayed here for one night had early check in but arrived a lot earlier so sat in the bar/restaurant area. Wasn't impressed with the initial greeting and the checking in. Room was very clean, bed comfy and had tea and coffee in room. Did not sleep well due to banging doors and people talking during the night. There was a strong smell of cannabis on the 3rd floor landing and top stairwell. Absolutely disgusted at the price of a shot of Malibu £4.69 then £3.45 for coke. Car park area was littered in rubbish, car wheels, cutlery etc needs cleaning up not a good first impression. Would stay again if I needed to as convenient for why I was there.

Incredibly cheap room: £52.99 that was very clean. The a/c made a noise but we didn't need it so I switched it off. Our room 204 had a nice view towards fields. The car park was large. The staff without exception were all very friendly and helpful. River on reception greeted us and gave us information about restaurant times, etc. Tyler in the restaurant was very helpful. I don't know the name of the lady in the restaurant in the morning but she was very friendly. We prepaid the two course meal deal dinner (£29 for 2 adults) which was excellent value although choices were limited. I had a knickerbocker glory - hadn't had one in years. There was a bit of confusion when ordering as we had to choose what we wanted for each meal deal separately (small surcharge for one item) and drinks were a third transaction. We also prepaid the unlimited breakfast (£20.90 for 2 adults) which was super. The hotel looks to be very new and was spotless.

Tyler is an amazing man so friendly and welcoming amazing service gives travelodge a great name. River is brilliant aswell so friendly and amazing people xx

We stayed for 2 nights between Christmas and New Year. Room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good value as it is unlimited and caters for vegetarians like us. Special mention for manager Sarah, when asked about heating in the room as wife has a medical condition, provided a portable heater within 5 minutes! A great couple of days near Burnham on Sea, hope to see you again same time next year. Thank you.

One of the better ones for service, especially on the weekend with the ladies and young lad midweek who deserves a pay rise as he always sorts out any problems and works harder than his colleague. You get a really good view from some rooms, good location near M5 and a 3 mile drive to the seaside. I use this as my preferred choice for location when working in the area. Just to update, came here 4 times in the last month and the standards of cleanliness has somewhat slipped (see photos).

Rooms were as you expect to be honest, clean, functional. For what we wanted, location was spot on. Service was great, staff very friendly and as helpful as you could hope. Breakfast was ok, mainly English breakfast, plenty of cereal choice or toast. The fruit was obviously tinned and didn't look to inviting. The car park is a good size but could do with a clean, spare wheels dumped, rubbish and bin overflowing. What really ground my gears was the usual....selfish people having no consideration for others, we had someone in hobnails furniture moving above us....was fuming it went on and on
